The action in the Southern California Farr 30 fleet is heating up and event organizers can't help but noticing. In the most recent regatta, Long Beach Race Week, Jim Murrell's Huckleberry 2 finished with 19 points, just one ahead of both Rhonda Tolar's Wild Thing and Monica and Skip Skipwith's Clockwork. The tight action in the Farr 30 fleet led to Huckleberry 2 being declared as "Boat of the Week." For complete results and more information on the event, go to www.lbrw.org.
